Betania Transit House

As a part of Betania’s social projects, the Transit House was built in order to help families in crysis situations, mostly families with children. Those families can stay at the Transit House for a limited amount of time, until their situation is solved for a long-term period. The cost for the project was of about 85.000 euros, and the funding was entirely supported by Dutch donations, and the building was finished with Diakonaal Actie Comité Roemenië din Lienden’s help, a Dutch organization. The Transit House was completed on August 31st 2017, and it already has it’s first guests.
